Sodium hydroxide, chemical formula is NaOH, commonly known as caustic soda, caustic soda, caustic soda, when dissolved, emits ammonia taste, is a highly corrosive strong alkali, generally in sheet or particle form, easy to dissolve in water (heat release when dissolved in water) and form alkaline solution, and delixability, easy to absorb water vapor in the air (delixation) and carbon dioxide (metamorphism).
